공원(gongwon)은 신예 싱어송라이터의 노래를 알리기 위해 전진희가 직접 프로듀싱에 참여한 프로젝트 앨범 [Flows #1]의 첫 번째 트랙 '미워하는 마음'을 통해 음악계에 첫 발을 내디뎠다.
앳된 얼굴과 대비되는 성숙하고 감성적인 보이스 컬러를 통해 다양한 장르의 음악을 소화할 수 있는 다재다능한 아티스트이다.
약 18개월의 준비 끝에, 2025년 3월 슈게이즈 기반의 데뷔 EP [01]을 발매했고, 일상에서 쉽게 들르는 공원처럼 누구나 잠시 쉬어가는 휴식처, 도피처가 되는 노래를 만들어 대중들에게 쉼과 위로를 전하고자 한다.
CJ문화재단 튠업 26기에 선정되었으며, 각종 경연에서 상위권을 차지하는 등 인디신의 차세대 아이콘으로 주목받고 있다.
gongwon made her first step with the first track, "Unlove mind," from the project album [Flows], which was produced by Jeon Jin-hee to introduce the songs of the new singer-songwriter.
With a mature and emotional voice that contrasts with her youthful appearance, she is a versatile artist capable of handling various genres of music.
After approximately 18 months of preparation, Gongwon released their shoegaze-based debut EP, 01, in March 2025. Just like a park that can be easily found in daily life, serving as a place of rest and escape for anyone, she chose the stage name "gongwon" (meaning "park") with the aim of creating songs that offer comfort and solace to the public.
gongwon was selected for CJ Cultural Foundation's Tune Up 26th and has garnered attention as the next-generation icon of the indie scene, consistently ranking high in various competitions.
